The recently enacted Check 21 Law
provides an excellent application for the following printers. Substitute
checks, or IRDs
(Image Replacement Documents), can be printed at the incredible speed of 92
or 184 impressions per minute. The
MICR 184 DDP also allows the use of MICR toner on the front of the IRD and
non-MICR toner for the back. So you can use the less expensive MICR toner
for the back of the IRD and your decrease operating cost. |
