MICRPRINTERS.COM.

Have your
MICR printer(s)
set up and operating in accordance with approved Rosetta Technologies
Corporation procedures.

Have your MICR printer(s)
continuously maintained by Rosetta Technologies under the manufacturer's
warranty, a Rosetta Technologies Corporation service agreement, or by a
certified Rosetta Technologies' business partner.

Use an approved MICR
testing device to test the quality of printer output prior to each major
check run.
Should you experience bank-reported MICR quality or
reject problems,
MICRPRINTERS.COM
and Rosetta will work with your bank to investigate and resolve them. If
we are unable to resolve the issues, you will be reimbursed for fees you
may be charged by your bank for rejected checks over their acceptable
rate. It must be verified by
MICRPRINTERS.COM
and Rosetta that Rosetta Technologies' MICR materials or printer-related
modifications are the cause of the imposition of the fees. This applies
only to fees imposed after you have notified
MICRPRINTERS.COM
of the problem.
This limited guarantee does not apply to any damage or loss due to no
fault of
MICRPRINTERS.COM
or Rosetta, or for losses other than check rejection fees charged by
your bank. |
